  • Have work that is non-ongoing
  • Provide proof of your work
  • Be able to support yourself and any dependants
  • Meet the health and character requirements
  • Be a genuine visitor with a genuine intention to stay temporarily in Australia
  • Have paid back any debt owed to the Australian government
