• Have resided in an eligible designated regional area for a minimum of two years before applying for the second Temporary Graduate visa in the post-study work stream
• Provide evidence of adequate health insurance for all applicants at the time of application
• Meet the health and character requirements
• Have repaid any debts owed to the Australian government
• Sign the Australian values statement
• Not have had a visa cancelled or a previous application refused in Australia
