- Have no outstanding debts to the Australian Government, or have made arrangements to repay any debts.
- If 18 years or older, sign the Australian values statement.
- Ensure that granting the visa is in the best interests of any applicant under 18 years old.
About Sponsorship
Your sponsor must be able to provide support and accommodation for you and your family members for the first two years of your stay in Australia. The sponsor must also meet specific character requirements and agree to undertake certain obligations during the visa holder’s stay in Australia.
