U.S. Investor Visa Available for IsraelisMonday, 28 May 2012
Israeli nationals are now eligible for the E-2 temporary foreign investor visa under a recently approved bill, which requires smaller investment by business owners than the current E-1 visa. With the aim to attract wealthy Israelis to invest in the United States, Israelis developing and directing the operations of a business in the U.S. and investing a substantial amount of capital can be eligible for U.S. visas. In order to qualify for an E-2 visa, an investor has to invest a substantial amount of capital (over $100,000) in a commercial enterprise in the U.S. that they intend to develop and direct. In addition, the investment has to be large enough to ensure the investor's financial commitment to the enterprise and that the investor will successfully develop and direct it. Investors from Israel are now allowed to live and work in the U.S. initially for a period of two years, and could apply for extensions in two-year increments. The visa also allows the business owners to transfer employees from Israel to the U.S. , and to bring their families to the U.S. If you are interested in Visas to the USA, contact Migration Expert for information and advice on which visa is best suited to you.
