From October 1, 2013, Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Syrian nationals will be re-designated and extended. This decision has been announced by Secretary of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano and published with a notice in the Federal Register on June 17, 2013. - US Senate Immigration Bill to Aid Economy
The immigration bill under consideration in the Senate would reduce federal deficits by $197 billion between 2014 and 2023, according to a new report from the Congressional Budget Office (CBO).
