Green Card Application Form to be Updated by USCIS

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has introduced a new version of the Green Card Application form (I-90) and is now available within the Government website. Applicants may file their new applications electronically or through mail to the USCIS lockbox facility.
USCIS will accept old I-90 forms until July 28, 2010. After the aforementioned date, USCIS will reject all visa applications that are filed using the old I-90 form and will be returned with instructions to use the new upgraded system.
