| Special Procedures: | In order to contact the Visa Information Center, callers in Colombia must first purchase a personal identification number (PIN). Then dial 346-9150 (in Bogota) or 01-8000-12-32-32 (in Colombia but outside of Bogota). Callers in the United States must dial 1-877-804-5401, and the call will be charged to their credit card (Visa or MasterCard). The charge when calling from the United States is US$16.00 per call (the service has a time limit of 15 minutes per call). |
