SKILLED WORKER & PROFESSIONAL VISA TO THE UNITED STATES

Professionals who hold at least a Bachelor’s degree and are members of designated professions can obtain permanent residence in the United States. These applicants can be professionals such as architects, engineers, lawyers, physicians, surgeons, teachers and many other professional occupations. Professionals in the areas of journalism, finance and business administration may also be included under this visa.

In addition, persons who do not have a Bachelor’s degree but have a full-time permanent job offer requiring at least two years training or work experience and are deemed skilled workers can also be eligible for the Skilled Worker & Professional Visa.

US SKILLED WORKER & PROFESSIONAL VISA (EB-3) BASIC REQUIREMENTS

All applicants must have a job offer from an employer in the United States. The Skilled Worker & Professional Visa applicant must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent. Alternatively, the applicant can also have at least two years training or work experience in the specific field of projected employment. The applicant will also be subject to health and character requirements.

US SKILLED WORKER & PROFESSIONAL VISA (EB-3) ENTITLEMENTS

Skilled Worker & Professional Visa holders can live and work in the United States permanently. Their spouse and children under the age of 21 who wish to accompany the visa holder may also obtain US Green Cards.

Obtaining permanent residence in the US allows residents to take advantage of exceptional benefits. They may travel to and from the United States with few limitations, study and work in the US without any limitations, sponsor their close family members and apply for US citizenship when eligible to do so.
