US IMMIGRATION LAWYER IN NEW YORK & TRONTO

Location: Toronto, Canada or New York, USA

Candidates must have with at least 2-5 years of experience in providing immigration advice and assistance for immigrants hoping to qualify for migration to the US. Candidates must be members in good standing with the relevant law society or bar in their respective state.

General Requirements:

Successful candidates should have up-to-date knowledge of all aspects of immigration law for the nominated position, and be able to deal with a busy caseload. IT skills, such as experience with the Microsoft Office suite, are essential.

Experience in an online environment and knowledge of internet business will be considered an asset.

The candidate must promote the interests of clients and the company at all times, and be able to work harmoniously with others.

As well as a detailed knowledge of immigration law, ideal candidates should also have knowledge of related fields. These can include human rights, welfare benefits, and employment law in relation to work and business Visas.

Experience Required:

Candidates should have hands-on experience in all aspects of immigration law, including skilled worker Visas, business and family Visas, temporary work permits and study permits.

The candidate will be expected to handle a substantial caseload and supervise support staff, as requested by the company.
