London Mayor Boris Johnson is set to hold a conference on Migration in the capital in the forthcoming weeks. The conference will invite 150 leaders and mayors from across Europe to talk about migration integration in to British Society.
Despite the downturn of the UK economy in recent months, employers' remain enthusiastic at hiring migrant workers.
A proposal from the Liberal Democrats at Brent Council aims to convert illegal immigrants into fully fledged citizens - giving them full rights and responsibilities. The council is the sixth in the UK to support the cause.
