TIER 1 POST-STUDY WORK VISA UK
The Tier 1 (Post Study Work) visa category replaces the International Graduates Scheme (IGS) and the Fresh Talent: Working in Scotland Scheme and is targeted at successful international graduates who have studied at recognised institutions in the United Kingdom. Designed to encourage them to remain in the UK following completion of their studies, the category provides a bridge to skilled or highly skilled work and enables visa holders to acquire sufficient UK experience or earnings to switch into another tier of the points-based system. Holders of Tier 1 (Post Study Work) visas are free to look for and take up employment without having a sponsor for the duration of their stay.
DO I QUALIFY FOR A TIER 1 POST-STUDY WORK VISA TO THE UK?

TIER 1 POST-STUDY WORK VISA ENTITLEMENTS

The Tier 1 Post Study work visa provides a bridge to skilled or highly skilled work and the applicant would be expected to switch into another part of the points-based system as soon as they are able to do so.
