RE-SITTING EXAM VISA
This visa is for students who have been advised that they must re-sit an examination by the educational institution that they attend or have attended in the previous academic year.

RE-SITTING EXAM VISA BASIC REQUIREMENTS
The student should be re-sitting the examination for the first time only. The student will be granted leave to enter for the period needed to take the exam plus a further 2 months.
To obtain this visa, applicants will have to satisfy further criteria other than the basic prerequisites set out by the UK Immigration Authorities. They will have to show confirmation from the institution they attend or have attended that they are required to re-sit the examination. They must also show that they have not previously been granted this visa to re-sit the same examination.
RE-SITTING EXAM VISA ENTITLEMENTS
This visa type will normally be granted to cover the period of the first available re-sit with an additional two (2) months to allow time for the exam results to be received.
