RE-SITTING EXAM VISA BASIC REQUIREMENTS
The student should be re-sitting the examination for the first time only. The student will be granted leave to enter for the period needed to take the exam plus a further 2 months.
To obtain this Visa you will have to satisfy further criteria other than the basic prerequisites set out by the UK Immigration Authorities. You will have to show confirmation from the institution you attend or have attended that you are required to re-sit the examination. You will further have to show that you have not previously been granted this Visa to re-sit your examination.
RE-SITTING EXAM VISA ENTITLEMENTS
