Phillip is the most experienced Migration Consultant at migrationexpert.com, having worked in the migration industry for over 15 years. Phillip has extensive experience in the financial sector, both in New Zealand and throughout South East Asia. As such, Phillip has an exceptional grasp of the issues surrounding business migration, especially from Asia. Phillip is a registered agent with MARA, as well as a Member of the Migration Institute of New Zealand.

GRACE FLORAMO (B.A LL.B) (MMIA)

Grace is a qualified solicitor and works with Migration Expert in her capacity as a registered Migration Consultant. Grace's previous practice as an immigration lawyer in a boutique law firm brings over 6 years of experience in handling all types of Visa categories, including review applications before the appropriate tribunals and courts.

JOHANNA YEE (B.A LL.B)

Johanna is a qualified Solicitor and works with Migration Expert in her capacity as a registered Migration Consultant. Having been admitted to practice in 2001 Johanna was also registered with MARA in 2000 and has extensive experience in handling all types of cases, ranging from general skilled migration, spouse Visas and long stay (temporary business) Visas. Johanna is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Law Council of New Zealand.

Kathryn has recently joined our team and completed the required course of study to qualify as a registered Migration Consultant. Kathryn has extensive experience within the migration industry and strives to assist clients through the process as smoothly as possible.

ARDA BAKMAZJIAN-TCHERKEZIAN (LL.B.)

Arda is a qualified lawyer and works with our team in her capacity as an immigration consultant and also manages the operation of our Canadian office. She has extensive knowledge of Canadian immigration and has worked in the migration industry for the past 8 years. Arda has worked with all types of applications for Canadian permanent and temporary residence. Member of the Quebec Bar (Barreau du Québec).

MARYAM SODAGAR (B.Sc., LL.B.)

Maryam Sodagar is a qualified lawyer called both to the Ontario bar and the British Columbia bar. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia and went on to obtain her law degree from the University of Windsor. She has experience in immigration, litigation and administrative law. Maryam is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.

CANDICE L. MOORE (J.D.)

Candice Moore holds a Juris Doctorate law degree from The Pennsylvania State University, where she also earned a certificate in International, Comparative and Foreign Law. Candice has extensive experience in all aspects of Canadian and U.S. immigration and was previously employment at a boutique immigration law firm, and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, Canadian Bar Association.

RIZWANA QUAZI (LLB HONS)

Rizwana obtained a UK law degree in 1999 and subsequently passed the bar exam. She is employed with Migration Expert Ltd as a Migration Consultant. Rizwana is registered at Level 3 with the OISC and at Level 2 with the LSC.

ANNIE WEIR (BA)

Annie obtained a Bachelor's Degree in 1996 and is the UK Office Manager. She is registered with Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) and with the MARA. Annie brings over 5 year's experience of immigration industry experience.
