Established in 2002, Migration Expert has offices around the world. Our sole purpose is to help people achieve their migration goals with ease.

PROFESSIONAL

Our team of Migration Consultants and Lawyers are highly trained and dedicated professionals who are devoted to providing you with accurate immigration advice and excellent service. All of our Australian, Canadian and UK Migration Consultants are registered with the relevant regulatory body, which authorises them to provide country specific immigration advice.

Our New Zealand consultants are qualified and experienced in New Zealand law and/or immigration policy, and will comply with the regulatory requirements for people providing advice on New Zealand immigration matters.

AUSTRALIA

Our Australian Migration Consultants are all registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) in Australia and are members of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA).

CANADA

Our Canadian Immigration Lawyers are registered with the relevant Law Society or Bar Association in a Canadian province. Our Canadian Migration Consultants are registered with the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC).

NEW ZEALAND

Our New Zealand Migration Consultants will comply with the new law governing New Zealand immigration advice. From 4 May 2009, people giving immigration advice in New Zealand must either be exempt from licensing requirements (i.e. a lawyer) or be licensed by the Immigration Advisers Authority ("the Authority"). People giving advice on New Zealand immigration matters from outside New Zealand must hold a licence by 4 May 2010.

UNITED KINGDOM

Our UK Migration Consultants are registered with either the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) or the Legal Services Commission (LSC).

Please note: We are not part of the Australian, Canadian, New Zealand or UK government. We are a private company and we do not have the authority to grant you a Visa or Permit of any kind. We can only assist and advise people who want to immigrate to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the UK. The final decision on all Visa or Permit applications rests with the appropriate government authority in the country to which you are seeking to migrate.
