ENTREPRENEUR VISA (RESIDENCE) BASIC REQUIREMENTS
To obtain a Long Term Business Visa (Temporary) Basic Visa, it is necessary for you to fulfill the basic prerequisites set out by the NZ Immigration Service. These include meeting health and good character criteria.
The basic visa criteria include the following: that you have successfully established a business in New Zealand that is benefiting New Zealand, meet a minimum standard of English and not have sought/used social welfare benefits in New Zealand.
ENTREPRENEUR VISA (RESIDENCE) ENTITLEMENTS
As a permanent resident, you will have the right to live, work and study in New Zealand indefinitely. When you are granted permanent residence, a visa label is placed in your passport as proof of your permanent residency.
Other benefits of holding permanent residence include the ability to apply for citizenship once you satisfy the relevant residency requirements
