FULL FEE STUDENT VISA TO NEW ZEALAND
Full fee paying students are one of the groups of foreign students in New Zealand. A 'full fee' student visa allows individuals to study in one of New Zealand's well regarded education providers, including primary and secondary schools, English language course providers and internationally recognised universities or polytechnics.
NEW ZEALAND FULL FEE STUDENT VISA BASIC REQUIREMENTS
To obtain a student visa, applicants must be a genuine student and meet the basic health and good character requirements for temporary entry.
Full fee student visa applicants must have an offer of a place of study with an approved education provider, have paid their course fees and have a guarantee of accommodation. In addition, applicants must provide evidence of travel arrangements made to leave New Zealand after their student permit has expired. International students aged 13 and under, or students enrolled in Years 1 to 8, must be living in New Zealand with their parent or legal guardian to be eligible for a student visa.NEW ZEALAND FULL FEE STUDENT VISA ENTITLEMENTS
Holders of a student visa and/or permit are entitled to study at the proposed education institution for the length of time specified on the visa. A student permit may be granted for the length of the course of study if fees have been paid in full, or for the period the fees have been paid for, up to a maximum of four years.
All student visas are endorsed as 'multiple entry' so that the holder may travel out of and return to New Zealand on multiple occasions during the life of the visa.
Student permit holders may not undertake employment unless their permit is endorsed with conditions allowing up to 20 hours of work a week or they have obtained a variation of conditions.
