On March 16th, 2010, Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism Minister Jason Kenney announced the launch of consultations to identify Canada's new and emerging labour market needs and how immigration can best respond to them in light of the momentum gained by the economic recovery.
According to Statistics Canada, visible minorities in Toronto and the surrounding municipalities could double within the next 20 years.
Effective October of this year, immigrants who want to establish a business in Saskatchewan will be charged $2,500.
