Arda is a qualified lawyer and manages the operation of our Canadian office. She has extensive knowledge of Canadian immigration and has worked in the migration industry for the past 10 years. Arda has worked with all types of applications for Canadian permanent and temporary residence.

CAROLINE VELASQUEZ, CCIC

Caroline is a Certified Canadian Immigration Consultant and a member in good standing of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC). Caroline's previous practice as an immigration consultant brings over 9 years of experience in handling all types of visa categories, ranging from economic and business class, family class, refugee claims, and temporary resident visas. Caroline is fluent in English and Spanish languages.

Phillip is the most experienced Migration Consultant at migrationexpert.com, having worked in the migration industry for over 15 years. Phillip has extensive experience in the financial sector, both in Australia and throughout South East Asia. As such, Phillip has an exceptional grasp of the issues surrounding business migration, especially from Asia. Phillip is a registered agent with MARA, as well as a Member of the Migration Institute of Australia.

Rebecca is an Australian registered Migration Consultant based in our London office. Rebecca is also a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA).

BANULI DE COSTA (LL.B. HONS)(LL.M)

Banuli completed her LL.B (Hons.), LL.M. and subsequently passed the solicitors exam. She has worked in the legal profession since 2000, even before becoming a migration consultant. She is employed with Migration Expert Ltd as a Migration Consultant, and is currently working out of the UK office branch. Banuli is registered at Level 2 with the OISC.

RENEE J. TELLO, ESQ.

Renee is a qualified U.S. immigration attorney with over 7 years of professional experience managing a wide-ranging caseload, including family and employment based non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions, and citizenship applications. Renee is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA).

CHAKA BENJAMIN, ESQ.

Chaka is a qualified U.S. immigration attorney and has extensive experience with corporate immigration and employment matters, specializing in labor certifications, nonimmigrant visas, and permanent residency options for immigrant workers.
