In order to apply for the Quebec Self-Employment Program, you must have a net worth of at least $100,000 CDN of legally acquired funds, have at least 2 years of experience in the occupation you intend to pursue in Quebec, and possess the intention and ability to create your own employment by pursuing your occupation in Quebec.
