PROVINICAL NOMINEE BUSINESS VISA
Canada's 10 provinces and 3 territories each offer unique lifestyles and opportunities for business investment. While most newcomers choose to settle in one of Canada's major cities, other provinces also have booming economies that are thirsty for the fresh business ideas of newcomers, and investment.
As the need for type of investment required for each part of Canada may vary, the Federal Government of Canada has negotiated agreements with the most provinces allowing them to a more selective-role in selecting business applicants seeking to invest and live in each respective province. This means that in addition to existing business programs, another series of options exist for business migrants seeking to establish themselves in Canada. Currently, provincial nominee business programs exist in the following provinces and territories British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, the Yukon and Ontario.
The Provincial Nominee Business Programs allow applicants with previous experience and the required amount of legally acquired funds the opportunity to invest and file an application for permanent residence. You must also meet some additional requirements.
