In summary, as at April 2002 the China workload is handled as follows: Adelaide and Perth - Points Tested Skilled Migration, students (lodgement only) and parents for all mainland China Hong Kong - Business Skills Migration for all China, Temporary Business Entry 457 IE applications for Guangzhou provinces Beijing - student processing for whole of mainland China, temporary entry for Beijing provinces (Beijing, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Tianjian, Shandong, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Henan, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Chongqing, Gansu, Qinghai, Xinghiang, Tibet, also North Korea). Shanghai - family migration (except parents) for its and Beijing's provinces, temporary entry (except students) for its provinces (Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei). Guangzhou - family migration (except parents) and temporary entry (except students and TBE 457 IE) for its provinces (Fujian, Guangdong, Hunan, Guanxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, Hainan) and adoptions for all mainland China. |
