UK CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Migration Expert Ltd is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join the team at our busy Regent Street office.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, able to learn new skills quickly, work well in a team environment and be comfortable working within a dynamic and fast-paced business.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar Customer Service role.

General Requirements:
Candidates should be familiar with customer service strategies, know how to deal effectively with Customers on the telephone and able to communicate clearly with customers all over the world.
Flexibility and an enthusiasm for work are requirements, as is a positive attitude towards client service and learning new skills.
The successful candidate will be very friendly and committed to helping clients. A proven track record of positive and effective teamwork is an asset.
Candidates with IT skills, especially with the MS Office suite, will have an advantage.
Experience Required:
Candidates should have at least 1 year of previous hands-on experience in a sales or customer service position.The candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Ability to prioritize tasks, deal with competing demands, and self-manage day-to-day activities.
- An ability to deal courteously with clients from different cultural backgrounds and with varying English skills.
- Enthusiasm for work and a willingness to exceed minimum work requirements.
