UK immigration to crack down on fraud

Thursday, 20 March 2008

New immigration rules are being put in place to prevent UK visa fraud. These more stringent rules will come into affect this month.

Essentially the new immigration rules dictate that anyone caught attempting to cheat on their visa application will be automatically refused entry, and will be barred for a set period of up to ten years.

The new rules are geared towards increasing the number of legitimate highly skilled applications, and eliminating the illegitimate.

To eliminate this possibility for your own application, leave your case in the hands of one of our experienced Migration Consultants.
