UK Second Best Market for Property Investment

According to new figures issued by Assetz Property Investment Tracker the UK is the second most profitable country for buy to let investors.

Next to Poland, the UK appears to be the best place to invest in housing market. The continued imbalance between supply and demand has resulted in 9.8 per cent annualised growth for the twelve months to February 2007.

The demand for houses will continue to grow as increase in immigration and the expansion of the EU to include such countries as Bulgaria, Poland and Romania will continue to boost the property market.
