ARDA BAKMAZJIAN-TCHERKEZIAN (LL.B.)

Arda is a qualified lawyer and manages the operation of our Canadian office. She has extensive knowledge of Canadian immigration and has worked in the migration industry for the past 8 years. Arda has worked with all types of applications for Canadian permanent and temporary residence. Member of the Quebec Bar (Barreau du Quebec).

K. CHANDI SYED (LL.B.)

Chandi obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa. Having practised Canadian immigration since her call to the Ontario Bar, Chandi has extensive experience in preparing temporary and permanent residence applications. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, and Canadian Bar Association - Immigration Section.

ANIKKA-HAMMETT-PUGH (LL.B. HONS)

Anikka has worked in the migration field for several years both in Canada and the UK. After having migrated to Canada, she completed the Immigration Practitioner Certificate Program. She is a member in good standing with the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC). With several years of migration experience, and having undergone the migration process herself, she has gained an in-depth knowledge of handling various migration applications.

PHILLIP ROSS (MMIA)

Phillip is the most experienced Migration Consultant at migrationexpert.com, having worked in the migration industry for over 15 years. Phillip has extensive experience in the financial sector, both in Australia and throughout South East Asia. As such, Phillip has an exceptional grasp of the issues surrounding business migration, especially from Asia. Phillip is a registered agent with MARA, as well as a Member of the Migration Institute of Australia.

Grace is a qualified solicitor and works with Migration Expert in her capacity as a registered Migration Consultant. Grace's previous practice as an immigration lawyer in a boutique law firm brings over 6 years of experience in handling all types of Visa categories, including review applications before the appropriate tribunals and courts.

Johanna is a qualified Solicitor and works with Migration Expert in her capacity as a registered Migration Consultant. Having been admitted to practice in 2001 Johanna was also registered with MARA in 2000 and has extensive experience in handling all types of cases, ranging from general skilled migration, spouse Visas and long stay (temporary business) Visas. Johanna is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Law Council of Australia.

RIZWANA QUAZI (LL.B. HONS)

Rizwana obtained a UK law degree in 1999 and subsequently passed the bar exam. She is employed with Migration Expert Ltd as a Migration Consultant. Rizwana is registered at Level 3 with the OISC and at Level 2 with the LSC.

BANULI DE COSTA (LL.B. HONS)(LL.M)

Banuli completed her LL.B (Hons.), LL.M. and subsequently passed the solicitors exam. She has worked in the legal profession since 2000, even before becoming a migration consultant. She is employed with Migration Expert Ltd as a Migration Consultant, and is currently working out of the UK office branch. Banuli is registered at Level 2 with the OISC.
