Enrolment for international students in Canada continues to reach record heights

Enrolment in Canadian universities continues to increase largely due to an influx of international students.

The last three years have seen a dramatic increase in annual enrolment in Canadian schools ever since the enrolment total first broke the 1 million mark in 2004-05.

Thanks largely to Ontario’s double cohort in 2004-2005 – at which time students with a grade 12 and OAC diploma were both eligible to apply for enrolment at the university due to the abolishment of OAC courses in Ontario – enrolment has been increasing steadily ever since, and is showing no signs of slowing down.

But it's not hard to see why everyone wants to study in Canada, because a Canadian Study Permit comes with many great benefits.
